📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement integrated planning strategies to optimize supply chain performance.
• Forecast demand and plan production, procurement, and inventory levels using advanced planning tools like SAP IBP and Oracle SCM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between planning, production, and logistics operations.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in integrated planning and supply chain optimization.
• Proven expertise in using advanced planning tools such as SAP IBP, Oracle SCM, and other ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
