📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital's facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Work closely with engineers, technicians, and vendors to ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and meet regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement facility management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure that all facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management plan.
• Oversee the budget for facilities management and development.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the facilities management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management in a healthcare setting.
• Certification in Facilities Management (e.g., CFM, RMP) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in using facilities management software (e.g., FM:Pro, IBM Maximo).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
