📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
• Drive sales and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
• Educate clients on the latest beauty trends and product benefits
• Stock and manage inventory, ensuring optimal product availability
• Train and mentor other beauty advisors to maintain high standards of service
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new products and services
• Participate in in-store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty, cosmetics, or retail sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of L'Oréal Paris products and trends
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
• Fluent in Indonesian and English
• Certified Beauty Advisor (preferred but not required)
• Valid ID and clean criminal record
• Willingness to travel and work in remote locations
