You will also be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including maintenance, security, and customer service, to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and provide a positive experience for our tenants. With your expertise in real estate operations and leasing, you will contribute to Lima Land's mission of creating sustainable and profitable real estate investments.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
• Oversee day-to-day property operations, including maintenance, security, and customer service.
• Manage and optimize leasing processes using property management software such as Yardi or OnQ.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote vacant units and attract high-quality tenants.
• Analyze leasing data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Ensure all financial transactions related to leasing are accurate and compliant with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing and property management, with a strong background in real estate operations.
• Certification in Property Management (CPM) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficient in using property management software such as Yardi, OnQ, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with tenants and staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations in Bali is a plus.
