📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide training and development opportunities.,Manage store finances, including budgeting and expense tracking.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a retail environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
