🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of team management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.,Proficient in using project management tools and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with HR best practices and regulations is a plus.
