📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of store operations including staffing, inventory, and customer service.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and industry trends.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
