Design, develop, and maintain core insurance systems,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and performance,Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs,Optimize existing systems and implement new features,Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers,Participate in system testing and quality assurance processes,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices,Work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field,5+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in insurance systems,Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, or Python,Experience with database systems such as SQL Server or Oracle,Knowledge of insurance domain and systems,Experience with agile development methodologies,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Strong communication and teamwork skills
