📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, operated, and utilized efficiently.,Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine services.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, ensuring they are within budget and identifying areas for cost savings.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle usage.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Investigate and resolve any issues related to vehicle maintenance or operation.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance status.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
