📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and job descriptions to ensure alignment with organizational needs.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and referral partners.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
