🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in field operations or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing field operations programs.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
