📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proven track record of managing teams and improving performance.,Understanding of company policies and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
