Bloom Port Pratama is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Indonesian employment practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee benefits, compensation, and performance management.,Lead and mentor HR staff, providing guidance and support.,Conduct regular HR audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring fair resolutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HRIS and other HR technologies.,Certifications in HR management or related fields are a plus.
