📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow,Manage and train store staff to maintain high service standards,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management,Prepare and present sales reports to management,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using retail management software,Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the retail industry
