🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or related field,Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems,Familiarity with network protocols and technologies,Good problem-solving and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus
