Food Direct Dinamis is looking for a talented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and a passion for helping users understand complex information. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from the office in Cilegon and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.,Create user manuals, guides, and other technical content.,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure clarity and correctness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide support to customers and internal teams through documentation and training materials.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
