📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the company to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Lead and develop the human resources team, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Represent the company in meetings and events, both internally and externally.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a General Management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and driving business performance.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
