Develop and deliver engaging English language lessons to employees.,Create and maintain lesson plans and materials.,Assess and evaluate employee progress in English language skills.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them improve their English.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure the English language training program meets the needs of the company.,Stay up-to-date with the latest English language teaching methods and technologies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all employees.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in English Language Teaching (ELT) or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching English as a second language (ESL).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.,Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms.,TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and language is a plus.,Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced logistics environment.🛠️ Keahlian
