📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of projects,Monitoring and evaluating the performance of team members,Ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard,Managing and allocating resources effectively,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Providing guidance and support to team members,Conducting regular team meetings and providing feedback,Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role,Strong background in project management or operations management,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices,Familiarity with relevant software and tools,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
