Port Place Mandiri is looking for a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team in Karawang, Jawa Barat. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and has a strong understanding of accounting principles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records accurately and efficiently.,Prepare and process monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable to ensure accuracy.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports for management.,Provide support to the accounting team in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
