📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
• Manage staff performance and conduct regular training and development activities to improve skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and maintain the restaurant's financial health.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain proper documentation.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Represent the restaurant at industry events and network with other professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Proven track record of success in managing a team and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
