As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.,Check in guests and provide necessary information.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle mail and packages, and ensure they are delivered to the right recipients.,Assist with event setup and coordination.,Perform general administrative duties as needed.,Ensure the safety and security of the building and guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluent in Indonesian, both spoken and written.,Computer literate, with experience in using office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Proactive and detail-oriented.
