Rejeki Dian Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests and analyses to ensure the quality and safety of our food products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting food safety tests and analyses.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment.,Preparing and storing laboratory supplies.,Recording and reporting test results accurately.,Assisting in the development and implementation of new testing procedures.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant food safety regulations.,Collaborating with the kitchen and quality control teams.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.,At least 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the food industry.,Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and reporting results.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.,Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.,Valid food safety certification is a plus.
