📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.,Check-in and check-out guests according to hotel procedures.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.,Assist with front desk operations, including billing and payment processing.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Perform general administrative tasks as needed.,Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer software and basic office equipment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.,Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
