📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
• Monitor inventory levels using SAP, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure product availability.
• Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate transportation and delivery schedules.
• Generate and analyze reports on inventory turnover, order processing times, and other key performance indicators.
• Implement and enforce inventory management policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues related to order processing and delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in distribution management, preferably in the food industry.
• Proven experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
