The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle fleet.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's vehicle fleet.,Ensure that all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to schedule.,Monitor fuel consumption and ensure that all vehicles are properly fueled.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure that they are aware of all company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of reports and other documents related to fleet management.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of fleet management strategies.,Assist in the training and development of new fleet coordinators.,Ensure that all fleet management activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
