📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty teas and beverages using Nespresso machines and automatic espresso machines
• Ensure high-quality standards are met in food preparation and presentation
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety protocols
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or Customer Service Staff in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Familiarity with using Nespresso machines and automatic espresso machines
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in coffee or beverage preparation are a plus
